Period Maintenance

Period Maintenance is used to set up and maintain your sales periods. See Accessing Period Maintenance.

 

When setting up VECTA for the first time, you will need to use Period Maintenance to associate your sales history data with the correct year. See Defining Sales Periods.

 

You will also need to use Period Maintenance to roll over your sales periods at the start of each new year/trading period. See Rolling Over Sales Periods For Each New Year.

 

Sales periods are maintained in the Period Maintenance window, accessed by clicking Period in the Maintenance panel. See Accessing Period Maintenance.

 

Note: Period Maintenance is only accessible/visible to users with a User Group privilege level of 9.
