Favourite Maintenance

Certain procedures for managing Favourite Enquiries - including managing subscriptions, editing/deleting and ordering/ranking Favourites - are performed from the Favourite Maintenance window.

What Favourite Maintenance Features Can You Access?

The features you may access in Favourite Maintenance are determined by your User Group privilege level as follows:

In Favourite Maintenance you may:

- Run any listed 'Personal' or 'Subscribed' Favourite.

- Edit, delete and order 'Personal' Favourites.

You may not order or manage subscriptions (see note) for 'Subscribed' Favourites within Favourite Maintenance.

In Favourite Maintenance you may:

- Run any listed 'Personal' or 'Subscribed' Favourite.

- Edit, delete and order 'Personal' Favourites.

- Order and manage subscriptions (see note) for 'Subscribed' Favourites for your own user group.

In Favourite Maintenance you may:

- Run, edit, delete, order and manage subscriptions (see note) for 'Personal' and 'Non Personal' Favourites for any user group.

Note: All users may assign a Favourite to selected user groups when saving a new Enquiry as a Favourite or when editing/updating an existing Favourite.

The sequence to follow when creating and assigning saved Favourite Enquiries is as follows:

 

Users with a User Group privilege level of 7 or more may set up and manage subscriptions to Favourites in Favourite Maintenance - see Accessing Favourite Maintenance - using the following methods:
